Return Policy

At our online store we want our customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the service we provide, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchase, contact us within 15 days from the delivery date and we can issue you a refund. You shall pay for 15% restock fee, if the product is non-quality problem.

Please make sure that the returned product has not been damaged in any way and that all parts are included within the returned package. Returns need to be in new, resalable condition upon return.

If, for some reason, you received a tower (or tower accessories) that was damaged or had missing parts, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will send out repair or replacement parts asap and no cost to you. The product warranty is only for the quality problem, we will not compensate for the damage caused by human factors such as mishandling or misuse. Therefore, please read the Warnings before you buy our products or before you use it.

Any duties, freight, taxes, customs fees and installation costs are not included in our money back guarantee.
